Where are the migrants?

Week 38; 23 September 2017 - Khuwaisat and JPR

An early detour to Khuwaisat was more disappointing than last week, a single Western Osprey came in from over the sea

White-eared Bulbul's are common at the farm where the raptors should roost

Headed to JPR again, where I was the driver while my son conducted his survey for his Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award. I didn't take many images today, but there also appeared to be a lull in migration. Red-backed Shrike was seen in the reeds

Together with a probable Daurian Shrike
