Winter setting in

Week 46; 17 November 2017 - JPR

We haven't managed to photograph our Harrier friend for sometime (although they are about) - perhaps it's because the Greater Spotted Eagles seem to have center stage

On the drive, a Western Great Egret dropped in to forage next to the road

Whilst in the wooded area a male Eurasian Sparrowhawk with quite a bulging crop flew out from the trees

A Tree Pipit was feeding near the roadside

A Mauryan Grey Shrike also posed obligingly in the soft morning light

Again one of those morning's where we watched and counted birds, more than taking images
