I hadnt been down to this growing development in the south of Kuwait for too long. The weather forecast was favourable, so with my family we planned a morning with Anand the resident marine biologist on the project and for my son to try and catch a fish or two.
Each time we go down, more and more progress is made on this impressive development. We headed out through Phase A2 into the open sea and stopped at the last marker buoy to cast a line. Imagine my surprise when I looked up and saw two Socotra Cormorants looking back down at me, this late in the season.
