Spring migrants on the move

Week 16; 20 April 2017 - Gulf Road and Sharq Harbour

I am now seeing passerine migrants on the grass pavements of Gulf Road on the way to work and where possible, I try and stop for a few images.

Most days it is a mix of Pipit's and Wagtail's - here a Tree Pipit

Tree Pipit (Anthus trivialis)
And a Red-throated Pipit

Red-throated Pipit (Anthus cervinus)
As well as many Yellow Wagtails - this a possible dombrowskii

Possible dombrowskii Western Yellow Wagtail (Motacilla f. dombrowskii)

A detour through Sharq Harbour produced the expected seabirds; Common Black-headed Gull, still in winter plumage
